Well, the boys named our new ducks Selima(?) and Donald. *snerk*

They are still pretty freaked out, so they were a bit hard to photograph. So, I give you them and some gratuitous pics of my other animals and one of my kids to boot.

I love ducks. The last pair I had - Fred and Ethel - were raised in a cardboard box in my dorm room at college. Yes, normal most people would rebel against authority by breaking curfew, doing drugs and excessive drinking. Me, I would fill my room with illegal and unlikely pets. They were awesome and better than any alarm clock if I even tried to be late with their morning feeding.

We live on three and a half acres and only have the one dog now, and a soon-to-get parakeet. Makes me feel guilty for not having other pets. Although, Zack wants a miniture pony, a goat, a regular horse(as he calls them), and ten cats. LOL!

Hopefully they'll chill out a bit. They're terrified of the horses, who, of course are completely curious about the ducks, so they sort of chase them around, just to get a good look. *eyeroll*
