I'm sure this isn't exactly shocking to anyone on my flist who saw this, but CONTRAST was my art for HP Beholder this year.

Vissy had asked for contrast; Young/old, big/small, hairy/smooth, etc. What better pairing than Hagrid/Snape? :D

It's really a beautiful piece, tripp. I'd've never thought Hagrid could be so sex-ay! And Snape looks absolutely captivated...or maybe Hagrid's got a hold of his bits, huh?

Funny, the first gift exchange I was ever in, vissy was my recipient too, and she inspired me to write my first sort-of mpreg.

Spencer is doing pretty good. He gets his stitches out soon (I'll see if I can do it myself). He was really limping pretty badly a few days ago (like, it was getting worse, not better) but today he seems to be in less pain, so hopefully I don't have to shell out for more x-rays and god knows what else.

I'm not cheap, but the total is already over $800. *eyeroll*

Anyhoo, he seems better, and I'm glad. The kids have recovered pretty good too. They are under the delusion that we will be getting another dog in the next millenium. NOT!

That's great news! Hope you can do without the x-rays, though. God knows I love my animals, but when their medical care costs me more than my own.... My niece just had a cat diagnosed with lymphoma, and she was thinking of going for the chemo, and all I could think of was the money...plus chemo for cat lymphoma is like pissing in the wind.

I predict you'll have another dog before CHRISTMAS! Wanna make a bet, huh? If I'm right, you have to wear that butt plug for a week! Owie!

I adore this (so much so I'm coming out of lurkdom). Especially because Hagrid reminds me of Grizzly Adams (and I had a crush on him when I watched on TV as a teenager...already had the "thing" for facial hair.)

I want to bite Snape's neck. This is fabulous!
