Yup. All of my criteria have been met. I'm in love. (TBH, the accent isn't required, but it's a bonus!)
Why can't I swoon over Brad Pitt like a normal person?

Aside from an inexplicable weakness for south african accents, I am mostly immune to the whole accent turn-on thing.
But I definitely second your opinion on John Oliver's appeal. Though I have similar, but stronger, feels for John Stewart (and Patrick Stewart.. and probably several others).
