Okay, I really must work on not being such a blending whore. It's like crack! I suppose that's why I liked the crayons so much, you CAN'T blend them!

He looks a bit like Columbo here ...and yes, his eye is like, 40x bigger than it should be. What's with me and the super-duper honkin' massive eyeballs? it's like everyone wants to be Marty Feldman! :D

"...Go to hell!" A favourite scene of mine. His lips look great. And No, I wasn't staring directly at them for five minutes.

YAY! LOVE Wilson! I'm wicked impressed with all the ways you've captured the light in the different shades of color on his face. AWESOME.

Don't you dare change the way you draw eyes! I love them, and I'm not afraid to get pushy. ;)

This is beautiful. Engaging, expressive, and the colors do that thing where they add warmth, but at the same time, they reflect Wilson's troubled mood, too. Almost like an aura.

Wow, went all synesthete there. Sorry!

I haven't seen much of your blended stuff yet, being Teh Newb, but I love this. I'm pretty sure Peter Falk would be impressed.

So back to those colors for a sec... What made you pick the blues and greens? Would you have used different colors if he were smiling, or if this were House, for example?

Oh gwad, I LOVE his lips and skin. You did a great job with blending, and the colour chioce is very effective. I also like the random background *heart*

(And, this isn't related, but...MARTY FELDMAN!*fangirl squee* Young Frankenstein is the Most Hilarious Movie Ever also because of him *double heart*)

Thank you! I never knew colour could be so fun to play with! I always had such a hard time getting any passable skin tones on the computer, so I never even bothered trying to do them with traditional methods.

:D

I'm pretty sure Peter Falk would be impressed.

He's like, 1000 years old, I'm sure he's impressed when he wakes up in the morning. :D

As for my colour choices; The blues reflect his inner turmoil, whilst the warmer tones are for hope. Or maybe those were exact copies of what was on my reference photo.

Me thinks you give me too much credit! ;D
