What do you think my icon is?

I had someone complain (nicely) that the picture of Naked!Snape holding a young girl (around 7 years old, by the looks of her round cheeks and haircut)who is also naked was disturbing.

I mean, Gawd! If I was going to have him molesting a child, it wouldn't be a GIRL! :D

The pic is one that canonfodder123 made of me and Snape, and I just assumed everyone would know that it's ME or at least some other woman. What (if anything) did you think?

Well, I always assumed it was you. But, really, that's one tall 7 year old girl. I suppose people see things differently, but the girl looks at least above the age of consent to me. Now, if the person who wants to complain really wants to see Snape with a young person, please refer her to my icon.

Well, your Snape and child look like they're wearing clothes, although ... when I look closer, perhaps they're not! :D See, I look at your icon and think fairly innocent thoughts. (Unusual for me, I know). It looks sweet, not 'dirty'.

I've read a few chan snarrys that were not to my liking, but chan is different for everybody. I happen to like student/teacher/detention/spanking/wanking type fics, but I guess I'm thinking of him as being more of a teenager than a child. I certainly wouldn't condone teens sleeping with 40 year old men in real life, but I proabably wouldn't read stories about real life, greasy haired, snarky assholes with yellow teeth.

Well, I think it's sweet but the boys are both quite naked. The full picture is here: http://lizardspots.livejournal.com/60532.html If you've ever read "The Devil Will Drag You Under" by dementordelta this drawing would probably go well with that fic though it wasn't meant for that. At the time I commissioned it I didn't think Harry looked really young, but I do now. I finally stopped using it as my default icon because as lovely as it is, it was starting to creep me out a bit. lizardspots drew the original just as I asked, but I'm on her commissions list to have her draw the same picture again but this time I would like Harry to look older and Severus less pretty.

Harry actually looks older in the full version than he does in your icon. Full view harry looks to be at least in his teens, where your icon he could be a few years younger than that. I like it anyway! :D

Yes, I've read all of Delta's fics, and I think that was the only one that squicked me a bit. (still hawt tho...)
