Start of the HPart project
Oct. 14th, 2008 11:42 pmMan! This is harder than I thought it would be! I have a terrible tendency to over-draw stuff, and when the whole thing is supposed to fade into the shadows, my BRAIN EXPLODES.
I still have the hair to do, but I'm really kind of excited about how they look. Mostly, because I don't think it looks like I drew it. :D Not to mention that poor Snape is UGLY. Practically unheard of on my blog! :D
Warning, the image might be huge. My laptop is having a hissy-fit and won't let me post on livejournal. *slaps it* And I don't know how to size images on the 'downstairs' computer.

Oh, and can anyone tell me what happened in the last 2 minutes of House? Our stoooopid fricken tv station started the show 2 minutes late, then cut off the last two minutes to begin the next show on time. They were in House's office, and House was just saying that he was depressed because finding out that his father wasn't his father hadn't made an ounce of difference to him. I think something else was said about Wilson's inability to lose people, but it got cut off.

Date: 2008-10-15 02:52 pm (UTC)This is so brilliant. I am always fascinated when people draw from dark to light and especially when they do it so well! I've been totally loving your step-by-step process omg. So exciting to see it develop!

Date: 2008-10-16 02:36 am (UTC)Ha, you don't know the half of the step by step process! This was try #3, not including my first practice run on the grey paper. I guess I kinda had to train my brain to think backwards colouring. :D
