TBH, I've been married to both (cut and uncut) and when they're fully hard, they really don't look much different. (not that I've spent a LOT of time looking at erect penises or anything. .... ... ...
I've never been married but I've been with both, some uncut guys pull back when erect and some don't. (Personally, I prefer the intact guys, but you probably figured that out if you've read some of my dirtier House fics.)
