Oh man, I don't think I've EVAH worked this loooong on any art. It wasn't really hard, perse, but it was just so damn slow going! I must say though, that being forced to slow down really helped me to focus on many of the details that I would have sort of just scribbled through with a regular drawing.

This is so beautifully executed. Love the crinkly corners of Snape's eyes and the warmth of their shared look and the extraordinary detail of Harry's tousled hair. But really, their expressions just kill me. They look, without a shadow of a doubt, in love. And without being schmoopy, for which, I don't know, you win the internets or something. Oh my God! First and foremost, it is BEAUTIFUL. Both Snape and Harry look so happy and in love, and especially Snape. His facial expression is amazing! If that wasn't enough, then when I looked at it under zoom, oh my goodness... it's like pure perfection...
