God I loved this movie! I've had a crush on Spock since I was a little kid. I never cared for Kirk, but the 'new' Kirk really won me over. He's such a smarmy douche-bag that i just want to touch his penis. With my vagina. Except, of course, that wouldn't be slash, so instead, I give you some Kock.






Done with pastels. I think this is the smallest pastel pic I've ever done. It's kind of like drawing with a bar of soap. :(

And, OMG! You sound just like me. I was always a Spock fangirl and Kirk never did a thing for me. But I ♥♥♥ new Kirk. And, although I cannot believe I am saying this, the Kirk/McCoy fic has been so much more awesome than the new K/S. Not that I'm changing ships or anything. I suspect that after the next movie comes out and we are treated to an infinite amount of slashy K/S bff scenes that will change. But for now, I'm pretty much enjoying everything. Even *gasp* the het.

Going through my bookmarks and saw I hadn't commented here yet. Love the details of shading, at that small size especially (wow!) and the armgrabbing. Such a sense of urgency. :D

Thank you so much! I actually cheated a bit and used a charcoal pencil for the black details. I've yet to find a really fine pastel pencil that works well, and isn't all broken up inside.
