This author doesn't know me, but I was so taken with one of her fics that I just had to draw this.

Summary: Sarek takes a teenaged Spock with him on an Ambassadorial trip to Earth. This does not work out the way a father might hope

I drew this with pen, and was going to photoshop the rain part, and guess what? I CANNOT DRAW RAIN. Nope. Not even a little. I DID try to make them look wet and bedraggled, so that will just have to do. I may even try to colour it later.




By the way, Chris Pine is basically IMPOSSIBLE to draw. And he has the world's smallest ears. No, not just in my drawing, IN REAL LIFE. Trufax. I wonder if he can even hear with those tiny things.

Now go read the fic. It is lovely and hot! And she just gets in Spock's head so well!

I don't know if I'll read the fic, but my god, SPOCK! The eyebrow (you have a thing for the eyebrow men, don't you), and his lips, all pouty and the way he has his eyes closed. Gah! And as always, you do lovely haaar. Must be that Verticoli... I think I need a Star Trek icon now....

You drew something based off my story! I inspired you to art!! I can't even begin to express how thrilled and delighted, and did I mention thrilled, I am!

And, man, is it gorgeous. Their wet, bedraggled hair is perfect and that little smirk on Jim's face! Gah, and Spock! I'm not even sure I can point out all of the lovely things about Spock, from his perfect ears, the line of his eyebrows, oh, and his mouth!

Spock looks great! (Kirk does too, but for whatever reason he looks a little like TOS-Bones (aka DeForest Kelley) to me.)
Very interesting pose too, especially with closed eyes on both sides.

Thank you! God, Kirk is so hard to pin down! He has such a ...undefined face! I do House art too, and Hugh Laurie, all wrinkles and stubble is a cinch, but Wilson, with his sort of dimples and undefined chin is IMPOSSIBLE! GAh!
