templemarker asked for Sulu and his grandfather from the book Kobiashi Maru (no, not as a pairing!!). Sadly, I had no time to find/read that book (although I might have to in the future), so I went with her second choice of Sulu/Chekov.

I'm not super thrilled with the shading on Chekov's face, but honestly, I could faff around with this for ten more days and still not be happy. I love how his shirt turned out though, and thanks so much to the gals atartbeta for the imput! <3
Here's a question: If Kirk + Spock = Kock, does Sulu + Chekov = Sukov? I hope so!

I don't ship Sukov either, although the pairing is cute and totally believable. Also, these two reboot guys? yeah, I'D HIT THAT! WITH MY VAGINA!
