Oh yeah. Still there. All. Day. *sigh*

We went to the child psychologist on Friday. She was really sweet, and possibly twelve years old. Harry liked her.

Basically, so far, we're doing pretty much everything right. She says it's called School Adversion, and it makes up a fairly large chunk of the people she sees every week.

Baby steps. Today he was surly, but actually went to school without freaking out. He wasn't in class as much as I would have liked, but he was in and out, and more in at the end of the day. When I spoke with him later and asked how the anxiety levels were, he said they were pretty good. On a scale of 1 to 5, he was pretty much between a 1 (low, normal) and a 2, with just a quick bout of 3, but he was able to talk himself down to a 2.

Sorta makes sense that a child psychologost would be a child, right? Good luck with Harry. He must be brilliant to be so perceptive at his age.
