Dude, they are the slashiest couple on television. Constantly tying each other up. Doof wears Perry The Platypus boxer shorts.
There was even a whole show where Doof 'cheated' on Perry with another agent, and they totes broke up and ended up on a Jerry Springer type show where the other agent showed up and threw a chair.
They've also been shown as very old, playing chess together. And if we've learned anything about slash on television *cough* Star Trek *cough* Chess can only mean one thing. ;)
