I saw the fic! And I just went through the tags as you instructed. Yes, I am thoroughly pleased.. My Doof/Perry beastiality fix has been satisfied. I prowled through ff.net and all those authors wrote Perry as a human somehow. I was like, "No!! I want platypus sex!!"

Also, Doof/2ndDimension!Doof was pretty hot. Like.. change my underwear hot... I have nothing to return my gratitude at the moment besides my comments here, buuut.. if you'd ever like to roleplay or co-write a fic for shits and giggles, just holla!

I've never co-written a fic, but I DO have an idea for a Perry/Doof fic that i will probably never get around writing. (I have one HP fic and two Megamind fics languishing on my harddrive already.

Hi! I'm the weirdo who showed up commenting on your Perryshmirtz stuff at DeviantArt a month or so back. I followed you back here because, well, I just don't know DA well enough to trust that i'm using it properly. (It seems somehow ... sinister *dramatic sting*)

I just wanted to let you know that I really love your work - the shading and overall cuddly feel of "Nap Time" just blows me away, especially with how you balanced the cartoony and realistic aspects of the drawing.

The colors you use in all of these really impress me too - the super-vibrant greens and purples are just so intrinsically right! Little stuff like that can really an image feel more authentic, or something. (I'm no artist, so I dunno if that makes sense.)

Thanks for putting stuff out there for this pairing; they're a favorite of mine, and it's nice to see I'm not alone and that somebody actually has TALENT, unlike me, haha!

Also I'm just as shamefully fond of the Doof-on-Doof selfcest pieces, because eviller doubles with leather and goatees are HAWT.

Eh, they're cartoons. I'm pretty sure the man-on-platypus thing matters less to them than the FORBIDDEN UNION of Secret Agent and Evil Scientist. Hell, the show itself gets pretty blatant about the subtext-to-real-text with the whole Peter the Panda hissss thing, so I don't even feel guilty.

(Although for some reason, I just can't stand the fics and art that have Human!Perry. It's such a cop-out. I feel like, "Hey! Perry's a platypus, let him be a damn sentient anthropomorphic platypus.")

Oh God, I SO agree with you about the human!Perry thing.

I feel the same about genderbending. Why. i mean, sure, YKINMK and all that, but i just do not get why you'd take something and CHANGE IT COMPLETELY, yet still call it the same.

Not to mention that human perry is always ... young and cute. ??

WHY would he be young and cute? If he was human, he should at least be a rough, broad-shouldered, hard-boiled sort with a flask and a cigarette and scars all over his knuckles! /peeve

I think it's something to do with the seme/uke stereotypes. "Well, Heinz is tall and dark and crazed, which makes him seme; therefore, Perry MUST be a cute widdle teen barely over 5' with huge eyes and a delicate constitution!" Never mind that he's by far the tougher and more competent.

I do occasionally like genderbending, but usually in 'verses that have a precedent for it; for example, Marvel616 is only one of the multiverse, and I've got a total fondness for Stephanie Rogers because of the increased discrimination she would have faced. But flipping, say, Harry Potter just to give him a vagina does nothing for me.

Are you a member of Y!gallery? If you're not, don't bother, there is a GLUT of shitty art and fic there, but there was one artist who drew human Perry in the very best way. Kinda short, big nose etc with TEAL PUBIC HAIR. :D The only human Perry I ever liked.
