I've never heard of Doofenshmirtz, but if he's the sudsy dude in the first pic, then he's definitely got a Christopher Lloyd vibe going on.

Ha! With the white suds for hair, he really DOES look like Christopher Lloyd! hee!

Kind of like if Colonel Klink and Lloyd had a baby. (he has a German accent.) :D
