Oh God! I am so stupid it hurts sometimes. So, ... uh... yanno the blur tool? Well, it would seem that it's a TOTALLY DIFFERENT TOOL THAN THE BLENDING TOOL. Yes. I did not know this. They share a space on the toolbar, but they have COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS.

Okay. I think me and photoshop will now be able to come to an understanding.





I actually followed a b&w tutorial on how to draw, but instead of Justin Bieber, I drew Megamind. YOU'RE WELCOME WORLD! :D
