Grrr... I didn't realize that conte pencils are NOT pastels. They look and ACT like pastels, but they're greasier and you can't draw with actual pastels over them. *kicks them*

Roxanne was done with the Conte, and Megz was done with actual pastels. I went out and bought some nice Pitt Pastel pencils today. Just a few, to help with the smaller details that the blocks don't allow. *grabby hands at art supplies*
