Here is my third and (possibly) final pic for joanwilder's fic The Sensible Garden.

This is from chapter thirteen (I think?) Where Severus is protecting Harry's honour against...well...you'll have to read it to find out! :D

My husband walked by while I was drawing this and said: "Why is Snape beating up Martin Sheen?" teehee!

Hahaha! He totally DOES look like Martin Sheen! It's beautiful, though. That Snape is the sex.

Thanks! I'm not sure how the whole Martin Sheen thing happened! Believe it or not, I used a Galaxy Quest screen cap for reference, and Tim Alan was in Snape's position, and Alan Rickman was in 'Martin Sheen's' position. I just sort of changed the features so Tim looked like Alan, and then changed Alan's features so he didn't look like Snape....*is now confused*

Anyway, Martin didn't figure anywhere in the picture until I was finished, and it was too late.

Snape is sexy here because of his hair! It's very flowy and super-hero-ish! *yumma!*

I really like Snape in this. But I have to agree with your husband. You may have started with Alan, but you ended up with Martin Sheen.

I've been quite giggly all night at work (lack of sleep) and that comment just sent me over the top. I'm wiping away the tears so I can see well enough to type. Ahahahahahah!

Now that you mention what you used for photo reference, I do see traces of Alan (around the mouth especially...mmmmm), but it's your Angry!Snape that I can't quit staring at.Look at that touseled hair. Rawr!

So I guess this answers that burning question that everyone wanted to know: if Alan Rickman and Tim Alan had a love child, what would it look like?

I do black and white because I'm terrified of colour! I've started with some watercolour pencils, but they always end up very cartoony (which is okay, if that's what you're going for) but I aspire to do stuff (really GREAT stuff) in colour one day.

And as for YOU drawing, just DO it! (to quote Nike) I only started drawing a year ago, and my stuff was STINKY back then. Really! Just pick up a pencil and go! Everybody has to start somewhere! (and we need more smutty artists in the world!) :D
