help plz.

Two things. First of all, lj won't let me upload any pics. I just get a little !error on page thing on the bottom left hand corner of my screen. I see that other people have uploaded stuff, so I assume it's something to do with me?

Secondly whenever I try to comment on someone else's post, it makes me sign in again. I'm already LOGGED in, but I get a big screen of all different ways to log in (anon, google, etc) and I have to put my password in to be able to leave a comment.

WHY THE FUCK?

I haven't tried uploading pics so no help there, sorry. I know that something is going on with the coding because people cannot do cuts or are having problems with links. . .lots of crap maybe your logging in has to do with that. (I haven't had to 'relogin' to post comments) Sorry, not much help.

I cleared my cookies and such, and that seems to have helped.

I'm sort of getting the same thing with the commenting. It's giving me all the options, but it doesn't make me log back in every time. It's still annoying as fuck. I'm logged in with my livejournal name. Why would I want to log in with *counts them* 8 other options? FFS. What's annoying to me is that it brings up a whole new page when replying to a comment, which makes the whole process slower and doesn't allow you to see the other comments on the page while doing so.

I cleared my cache and cookies and that seems to have helped. I'll have to comment to someone else's post and see if that's different, but to comment to my own post, it seems normal.

I have an idea there may be another DDOS coming; this is all very similar to what happened last time and the time before. "Something" seems to have got into the system and I can't see that LJ are going to get it out without doing some major work.

I haven't tried uploading anything, but I made a post yesterday with no problem, and I've been leaving comments with, again, no issues. What browser do you use? FF, IE, Chrome, something else? That may be the common factor among those people who ARE having issues with LJ.

I think I have ... more than one. Explorer, I think. I cleared my cookies and such, and that seems to have helped.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. LJ is getting a little dodgy lately, but sometimes if you do that, LJ is nicer to you.

I tend to visit a lot of *cough* questionable sites that don't do my laptop any favours, if you catch my drift. ;)
