That's really coming along well. Nice detail with the hand. I love your shading. I'm assuming you're using a photo reference, but I never realized just how many forehead wrinkles Hugh has. They really stand out in this drawing.

I don't think he always has those wrinkles, I think it's just the 'look' he's giving the camera, you know, the, "I'm a brilliant, crippled doctor who's addicted to percodan, and yet, I also manage to be a complete ass AND smexy as all hell."

You know, I hadn't really noticed until I tried to draw them, that he's got kind of ... weird lips! Don't get me wrong, I'd have no problem sitting on them kissing them, but they're not like any lips I've drawn before! :D
