As for the suit, I don't know! I know it's super heavy, and he certainly can't walk if it's not working (hence Thor holding him up), but ... if you can carry it around in a SUITCASE?? Stan Lee is fucking with our brainz!! ;)
I would assume he'd have to do as he did in IM 1... you know, where he stood on the platform and the bots unscrewed him...you know the "this is not the worst thing you've caught me doing" scene.... :-P
