Sorry I've not been commenting on this, because I read it all the time. Just. Steve with his fingers. I laughed so hard. Then my daughter, who was here, demanded I explained what was so funny. And then she was laughing. And then I randomly burst into laughter for the rest of the night and my daughter went back to thinking I'm the weirdest weirdo who ever lived.

How old is your daughter?

I am lucky that my kids are pretty much HORRIFIED by what I draw (the men kissing stuff) so they NEVER want to look at my art. Which is safer than them being curious and then seeing the actual PORN that gets made. :D (they are 9 and 11)

She's turning 14 in a month. Oh, my daughter knows what I write but isn't curious at all. She is always saying "is this about your gay man porn" or "are you writing your gay man porn"? But she says it in a rush, so it sounds like gaymenporn. One word.

My kids have a pretty good idea what I draw as well. I'll leave the semi-nude kissing pics around, but I hide anything with actual peen.

They often wonder out loud why I always make 'GUYS WHO HATE EACH OTHER KISS'. :D BECAUSE I CAN, DUDES! :D

I actually misspoke. They're not horrified, they're just VERY not interested. ;)

My daughter generally thinks I'm weird, but if my ship is based on something she's seen or read, she'll comment on how likely she thinks my ship is. I've had a few "they're totally doing it" comments from her. Which is only partially horrifying. (In the sense that I never want to sit down with my kid and talk about whether we collectively think anyone is doing anything sexual ever) It's also kind of funny.
