Oh, I think that gesture is pretty universal! Steve DID grow up in New York, after all. I'm sure he saw quite a few different hand gestures. :D

You do have a point! If Steve was like me, I'm sure he learned a few more hand gestures from old Italian women (thanks grandma!). That and Yiddish.
