A Snarry Wedding

When I said I was open for comissions, alisanne decided to KILL me by requesting a wedding scene. She wanted Snape and Harry at their wedding, with assorted guests, including Luna putting feathers in Severus' hair for good luck, the Malfoys off in a corner being Snarky and the Weasleys all gooey and happy. Hagrid was ALL MINE, BABY! ;) And really, what's a wedding without Hagrid blubbering in the corner?

This was drawin with a .3 copic pen.





Despite my whining, this was actually quite a bit of fun to draw. I don't think I challenge myself enough.

That's pretty darn adorable, Tripp. Love the different groups of people but the grooms getting ready for their kiss still steals the show for me. Very nicely done.

It may be weird that in all the things going on in this picture the one thing that is standing out to me is how well you draw hands. I absolutely love the central figures hands. Sorry, I'm a weirdo.

Yanno, I did not like a lot of the casting for that movie, but they really nailed it with Isaacs. (although, he's a pretty amazing actor, and could do anything.)

This is just so outrageously adorable! I love Snape looking a bit like a pirate, the Weasleys and Minerva (?) going soppy at the romance of it all, and Lucius - his sneer! Narcissa all lady-like (and a bit bored) and Draco looking slightly bemused and Hagrid! And Luna! Delightful!

OMG, LOVE IT! Snape actually looks happy! (He and Harry look so cute together.) Minerva looks pleased; Luna is perfect; the Malfoys are snicker-worthy (especially Lucius' little sneer of disgust); and Hagrid's tears mimic the candle sconces (IDK why I find that both funny and symbolic). Just too adorable, dear.

Oh man. I love this. I love how well tied in every element is, from the almost kiss, to Hagrid, to the sconces on the wall. This make me feel all romantical-like.. Maybe I'm just hormonal. :P

I'm not sure I actually ever told you how much I adore this, so I shall now. I ADORE THIS! :)
Also, I prolly shouldn't tell you how many times I've tried to commission this scene in art. Let's just say this is a dream come true. *g*
In addition, I may not have mentioned before how much I love blubbery Hagrid, Loony!Luna and the completely unamused expression on Narciss'a face, but I really do. Even Ron's all smiley. *giggles*
