Wow! Can you believe that it has been 9 months? Wow. First off, thank you, thank you, thank you to my beta [livejournal.com profile] evilmissbecky She caught some mistakes that were both hilarious and ... confusing. ;) And also thanks to [livejournal.com profile] forest_rose for her medical expertise and imagination. :D

And thanks to everyone who followed along and gasped and squeed and fainted and died in all the right places. The response for this comic has been both generous and overwhelming. I am truly blessed. Thank you, everyone for making this such a fun and rich journey.

*squees and flails* I've been pouncing on every episode of this from the very beginning, so excited when the new ones show up. Thank you so much for being the highlight of those mornings. *squish*

*has a tantrum* Dammit, you can't stop there!

Oooh - I have an idea: you really, really neeeeeed (*puts on mesmeric eyes and voice*) to do a cartoon story about Bruce!

Oh, and I'm friending you now. And making a confession: a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away (San Francisco - Azkatraz), you gave an art tutorial to a clueless Englishwoman, who some time later managed to take what she'd learned and produce one of the very few pictures that's ever turned out the way it was visualised. (http://dickgloucester.deviantart.com/art/Animagus-151206178) So thank you!

No way! I met you! Ugh! That was my first ever tutorial, and I think I was shitting bricks the entire way through! Not to mention, fanart greats like Acidburn, lizardspots, glockgal and others were present for it. *shudder*

I'm not sure how that tutorial helped you with that piece of art (which is great, btw!) but I'm glad it did!

You have some really neat and unique pictures. Very much unlike a lot of other stuff out there. Go you!

You taught me how to use gimp or photoshop to take the unimportant bits out of a source photo so that you can really see what you need to draw rather than trying to draw all of it. I applied the same principle to colouring the panther's eye, blowing up that portion of the photo until it was completely pixellated and I could see exactly what was happening and reproduce it in paint.

So thank you, and thank you again for the compliment!
