Stained Glass Work in Progress

I'm still new to staining glass, so I made four different heads for each of them. Any thoughts? Black and white? Or colour? These are just taped to the window to get an idea of what they'll look like.

Thanks. It's really fun but SLOW to do. It's kind of driving me crazy, mostly because I have to wait for the pieces to be fired and I HATE WAITING!

I like color more -- to me it feels like more emotion comes through.

Thanks. I think I did a better job on the black and white ones, but the colour ones contrast better. *wibbles*

Thank you. When I just hold up one piece, I like the black and white better, but I think, as a whole, the coloured ones will be best. I might paint them one more time to give them more definition.

For being new to it, you're doing great!
I like better the colored ones a s well - they contrast more with the wing and give a more realistic feeling to the whole.

Thanks. Individually, I really prefer them, but as a whole, I'm leaning towards the colour. I think I"ll paint and fire them one more time to give them more contrast. I think that's what makes the b&w ones more appealing.
