Gishwhes Pre-trip Tomfoolery

The official trip started on the Friday, but I came out early with a few other team mates to burn off some energy before the big meet up. DJ wasn't on our team, but she was kind enough to pick me up from the airport and babysit entertain me until Dianne and Rachel made their sloooooooow way up from Seattle. We went out for burgers, drove around, drove around, drove around and then we drove around. Dj was an excellent tour guide, and I was practically an expert on Vancouver by the time Rachel and Dianne finally made it! She was even kind enough to bring me back to her place to watch the newest episode of Supernatural. :D

The theme was VIKING SURPRISE and we decided that we needed to make Viking hats, but as everyone knows, the first ingredient for a Viking helmet is a YOGA MAT! (Me and Dianne)


Proper Vatican Cameo underwear is also imperative.


We went shopping and there was a funky line of pants called Tripp! sadly, they only came in size zero and smaller.

Ugh! I swear to God, every single picture I see I think OMG I'M SO DAMN OLD! *cries* I don't feel (or act) nearly as old as I look.

For reals. I would get a face-lift if I actually gave a shit. But I don't. ;)
