Picspam of teh pretty snow and mah animals

We had some lovely WHORE frost (Hoar Hore?) frost a couple of days ago. I actually grabbed my camera, and took some pics.



This is the side yard, complete with spastic, galloping dogs.

Poppins, the mini-horse and assorted chickens. Yes, all of those fluffy blobs are all chickens.



A wee peek of Snippets the horsie and Hogrid mah piggie. Plus...you guessed it, more chickens. Maybe a goat ass, if you squint.

wow, I love the snow in the trees. How far do you have to trek to the barn? You guys have a huge horking vehicle, I hope? A truck?

You know, looking at those pictures, it hit me what you said about Florida. What a great place you have to raise kids, if you only remember not to leave them out in the barn during the winter and bring in Snippets and Hogrid instead....

nah, I'm no dummy, I had the barn built right nest to the house. Not to mention, that I have to haul water in the winter. (good times!) And yes, we have a big, ugly 4000year old tractory thingie (technically,a front end loader, I think) plus a very sexy mini van, and a extended cab pick up truck. hyuck hyuck.

Hogrid has been in the house, but not Snippets. *laughs at the though* I was just saying last night, that I wish Hogrid could live inside, but he's just so HEAVY that I think he'd wreck our hardwood floors. He's the SIZE of a basset hound, but the WEIGHT of an anvil! Seriously, I don't think I could pick him up if my life depended on it.
