Azkatraz workshop possibilites and schtuff

Hai! Anyone on my flist going to Azkatraz?

If so, and even if not: I'm thinking of doing a workshop there, and I'm just trying to gage interest.

I was going to do a 'Colour Your Own Snape' workshop. I would supply a faint outline of Snape and I would instruct the 'class' how to do shading and colouring in crayon. Sort of like those crappy painting tv shows, except you end up with a finished Snape instead of a cheezy outdoor scene.

Would you be interested in doing something like that? Anyone?

Do you have anything else you'd enjoy in a workshop?

Also, does anyone have a copy of a proposal for a workshop? I've never done one and I'm not sure exactly what they are looking for.


As an aside, I am SO slashing Drake and Josh. If you don't have kids under 10, you probably don't have a clue who they are, but they are two step brothers and the pedo in me is enjoying them a bit too much. (they're at least 16, not, like, 6)

I'm not going to Azkatraz (NEED MONEYS) but I think that's a great idea for a workshop. With crayons, especially, since they're cheap and therefore you're likely to get not just artists but a lot of amateurs and non-artists who will likely find it fun and something they can learn and continue to try out themselves!

Amateurs and non artists are more my goal. I mean, I'd be thrilled to have actual artists attend, but really, they can colour their own damn Snapes! I know I would have loved this before I had the courage to pick up a pencil. (or crayon...)

Too bad you can't come! :(
