Customer: (on phone) Hello. I am doing an science experiment to do with eco-systems, and I need some bees.
Me: okay.
customer: So, do you sell bees there?
Me: This is a pet store. Not many people think that bees ... make ... good pets.
customer: Oh. Do you know where I could purchase some bees?
Me: Well, uh ... you could try calling one of the local honey farms. They might have some bees for sale.
Customer: REALLY?
Me: Yeah. That's kind of where honey comes from. You know ... bees?
Customer: Great! Thanks so much!
WTF? This was not a young person. She sounded to be at least in her twenties.
