So, devART has deleted two more pics. They've been too busy to reply to me, when I asked them to look into WHY my art was being deleted, but not too busy to send out their little SS brigade to delete more.

It would seem that they are just plain old not allowed to kiss.

Now I want to draw something that SEEMS completely porny, but isn't. Or draw something completely chaste, but put filthy things in the artist notes. You know, Harry reading a book, but THINKING ABOUT SNAPE SUCKING HIS LITTLE UNDERAGED COCK. Or maybe draw Harry and Snape as wrinkly old men, but making out. technically it would still be illegal, but ...?

EDIT: They took four more down today, one of which I'd changed the notes and tags so that it didn't say anything about Harry Potter. And this one was Draco/Harry. (although I'd changed it to say nothing other than that the models were over 18)

I haven't bothered posting my more deviant stuff on DA as I know it would be pulled immediately as I ship mainly Snermione or Lumione, although never underage.

There ARE other sites, but they have other restrictions that are just as odd and annoying. I post to Rule 34, where things get deleted when they're not porny enough. (it's a gross site, FULL of yucky underaged stuff, but people were posting my stuff there anyway, so i thought I might as well take control)
and I post to Y!Gallery, a yaoi site, but there's no FEMALE nudity allowed, no non human penises allowed (oddly enough, that actually negates quite a bit of my stuff)and no picks of just body parts.

Then there are fandom sites, but they are fandom or ship exclusive. So .. .yeah. You're pretty much fucked no matter where you go.

I think their policy rules end up making it so that harry, in any sort of 'age', or level of romantic interaction, is against the rules - no kissing, because he's considered underage overall, even if you age him up in the images (which is f-ing stupid, if you ask me).

Frankly, I think they suck and play to double standards, and that we should start pointing out to them equivalent het pictures that haven't been deleted. I'm sure there are a ton where harry and ginny are kissing, naked or not.
