Also, one question.... the things Tony says and does while in this state... will it be like when you're drunk and have no brain-mouth filter... or will it be like when you're a kid you think something's great but when you're older it loses its appeal.... does that make sense??

I don't think he'd do anything he wouldn't normally do, but he wouldn't have the perspective to see it in a more rational, mature way.
So yes, I guess to both of your questions, but only a bit. He's still Tony. He's not stupid, just incapable of complex thought.
