Someone just de-friended (un-friended?) me. Um ... I actually didn't even recognize the name, and yet ... I'm still kind of hurt. Y U NO LIEK ME? Now, a lesser person might think that we just didn't share a fandom any more, or they have just moved on or whatever. But an obsessive person like myself will mentally go through my last 1e34958043 posts (yeah, there's an 'e' in there) and try to find something that scared them away.

Actually, ... I don't really have to go back that far, do I? Superglueing a hammer to your dick might just be the one! :D

In other news, I've introduced my son to the joy that is The X Files. (thank you netflix!!) He is totally smitten and I am really enjoying the trip down memory lane.

Speaking of Netflix ... I NEED SEASON THREE OF THE WALKING DEAD. Where are we in real time right now? Like, what season? And how/where/whodoIhavetoblow to get season three? It wasn't for sale in the video store ....

Ironically, I have been re-watching the x-files too.
memories - that was my first fandom, and the first time I ever heard of fanfic was a teacher telling me about a holmes/x-files crossover.

late reply is late - I am mostly through season 4, but I skip the majority of alien plot episodes; never cared much about the conspiracy arch : )
