Bwahaha! I was just watching tv, and there was an ad for some type of eye cream, and they sold it as INSPIRED BY DNA RESEARCH.
Let that sink in. INSPIRED BY DNA RESEARCH. What the fuck does that even mean?
I've seen a few other 'claims' like that, but I dont' recall them offhand.
Epic.

There's some other commercial, I can't even remember for what, but it has PATENTED MICRO TECHNOLOGY or some other such bs.
Big Important sounding words =/= actual science

Date: 2013-06-11 10:33 pm (UTC)I just saw an ad for "super nutrients" in dog food.
Maybe they should combine it with the 'cold forged life source bits' to make superhero dog food...

Date: 2013-05-25 04:15 pm (UTC)In Sweden we have three kinds of milk: fat, low fat and the one in between, it´s called "mellanmjölk" which means "in-between-milk". This was the text on the packages for that milk awhile ago:
"In-between-time fuels the life cycle"
Yeah, I get the idea, but WTF!
