Pumpkin Time!

I tried a new method of carving this year. Inspiried by Ray Villifane and his amazing creations, I gave it a try.

Welp, it's kind of neat, but it didn't turn out like I'd hoped. On to the next one!
I was going for a Snape face, but the pumpkin was little and round and it was really hard to make a long, dour face. Oddly enough, this kind of looks like an evil (er) version of my dad! :D

Amazing, simply amazing! Will you be showing him to your dad? I wonder if he'd see the resemblance you do?

Ha, no. I will not be showing him. My parents have absolutely no interest in any of my art. If you can't make a career out of it, what is the point?

It would seem that golfing, bowling and playing cards are acceptable hobbies, but art is not.

When I showed my mother the 'Avengers' bananas I'd made by poking them with pins, her only comment was; "So ... you ruined an entire bunch of bananas?"
