Spoilers, I guess. But really, if you haven't seen the movie yet, you are EVEN LAMER THAN ME!

Over-all, I suppose I liked it. I mean, I have two young children, and I'm so starved for entertainment, I would probably have enjoyed just about anything shiny, but as much as it had some great moments, I wouldn't say I loved it.

I'm not sure if the main problem lies with the director, the editor or the actors (or all three) but the first half of the movie was choppy. the dialogue didn't really gel, the lines were stiff, badly delivered, and the mood was...odd. And not in a good way.

It picked up eventually, and the second half was quite enjoyable, and seemed much smoother. I didn't like the things that they changed (and I won't go and repeat what they all are, 'cause it's been done to death,) but I agree with the bitching and rants that I've seen around.

Snape? Holy fucking hell! I swear to god, the first line that he uttered, I just about wet my seat right there. that man is a walking, TALKING aphrodesiac! *flails*

And I don't really ship Harry/Sirius, but they were sooo slashy in the entire flick, it was hard to ignore. Black was having eyesects with Harry constantly! It was almost embrassasing.

Lupin? WTF? Is he an alcoholic or something? His face looked totally bloated, like people who's kidneys have shut down. ADEMA FACE! yech.

I don't like Micheal Gambon (Dumbles) but he was really pretty cool in this one. Still not my 'mental' DD, but pretty good all the same.

harrys haircut sucked. His face looked oddly flat, like his neck was too thick. I miss the messy long hair that everyone had in the last pic. They all looked so cute.

Ron was really good too. I've found him to be a major over-actor, but he was more subtle and funnier (and had less lines) in this one, so bravo! ron!

My biggest beef of all, however, is the STOOPID FUCKING HILLYBILLY that was sitting beside me, talking through the whole thing, and HEEHAWING at the funny parts. I seriously would have thwacked him upside the head, but he was so obnoxious, it was almost funny. He seemed to find the need to explain everything to the woman that he was with. Perhaps she just crawled out from under a rock and didn't know the HP background, but really people, if you're too stoopid to read, they have the BOOKS ON TAPE!

And granted, this would have been a rubick's cube to figure out if you hadn't read OOTP a few times before seeing it, but if you need to flap your lips throughout a film, RENT IT!

My husband was in the washroom after the movie, and told me that this same guy was in there too, and actually had a running commentary with himself about washing his hands and the colour of the soap in the dispenser. *bionic eyeroll*

Okay, /rant.

Um, guys tell you to fuck *them* harder? *is impressed and obviously not nearly kinky enough. Must do more research*

Nope. I see slash *EVERYWHERE* and I didn't see it there. I can believe Harry could have a bit of a crush on Sirius since he is obviously omgsocool, but Harry is James's son and NOBODY means more to Sirius than James (alas, even Remus). People talk about Snape's unrequited love, but I think Sirius had it just as bad for James. Poor Harry, everyone wants to fuck him cause he's the next best thing to one of his parents. *bleaches brain*
