How many people have you slept with?

Now, I suppose I'm talking P in V (or pick your orafices/organs), but you may also interpret this as any sort of sexual congress. I'm a bit of an 'all the way girl' (like you couldn't tell ...), so my numbers would be about the same. It's not like I ONLY do basic sex, but chances are, if I'm doing the other stuff, there's likely to be penetration too.

Okay, mine is 11, which ... actually seems kinda low. for a slut, like myself I think the number would be much higher, but I'm a long term relationship kinda gal. Not that I didn't have any 'flings', but even then, I was pretty much always looking for Mr. Right.

Hubby Number One was #7, and I pretty much thought I was done. It was quite a shock to be back on the dating scene, lemme tell ya!

#1, #7 and #10 were virgins.
#2 was a fling on the beach in Hawaii.
#8, #9, #10 and #11 were musicians. (I knew them all quite well, these weren't groupie things)
If I could 'take it back' I would UN-sleep with #6 and #9.

The hubs is #6 for me. #'s 1-3 were very good friends of mine who ended up becoming more and then... sliding back into being friends. They were all in my wedding, actually. #4 was my "older man" (he was only 10 years older, lol). #5 was a total one night stand. And then there was the man. And I've done things with #6 that are illegal in most states and some countries. Heh.

Hmmm. Well, I'm so old that I've genuinely forgotten a lot of my mis-spent youth, but ...

1. Was pretty much a date-rapist, a guy I worked with who said I 'owed' him because he'd driven me home in the rain.

2. Was the first husband who wasn't much better and said I 'had to' do it whenever he wanted because that was what marriage was all about.

3, 4, 5 and 6 were all nice guys on the con circuit, none of them conventionally handsome although one looked a bit like Rhys Ifans, all fun to be with and between them helped to repair my self-esteem. Rhys Ifans wanted me to marry him, apparently, although he never mentioned it to me!

7. Was/is the second husband, who bears a striking resemblance to Baldrick in 'Blackadder II'. I'm happy with him and frankly getting a bit past it now anyway!

Numbers 3 and 7 were virgins, and numbers 1 and 4 probably the most experienced; the rest were just ordinary, really. Never had a celebrity of any sort, alas, but probably just as well - I'd never be able to keep quiet about it if I had.

#1 should get a swift kick to the groin, as well as #2. I was taken advantage of in a very negative way both times. I was young, and they most definitely weren't. :/ you live, you learn. In my mid-to-late teens, I dated a few European guys - England (2), Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Holland - and when they came to visit me at college, my friends would all joke that I should major in International Relations. The age range was all over - a few were younger than me, but I think the oldest was 6 years older than me. (And I dated him twice. The first time when I was two months shy of 17, and later when I was 33.) I've had three marriage proposals and one where we seriously talked about marriage, but we broke up before anything came to fruition (the one I dated twice), but I was only engaged once, when I was 22, and that lasted for all of three weeks or so.

There was one summer when I was dating three different guys. Yes, at the same time. *cough* One lived in my neighborhood, another in a town about 30 minutes or so away (ironically in the town I live in now), and the other in New Jersey. Somehow I managed to never have them meet, but I broke up with two of them after @ 6 weeks because it was too much. (You think? :-P) The longest I dated someone was for 3 1/2 years (the fiance), but there were a number of year-long relationships in there. One was two years. Sometimes I just wanted casual relationships, but other times, it was someone I wanted a long term relationship with. It's not that I was opposed to the long term thing, but there were a number of guys I was attracted to that just weren't long-term material.

Funniest hook-up in retrospect: I was @ 26, I think. We went out in NYC with a bunch of friends, and my friend John (who was dating my friend C) brought his brothers, Kevin and Michael out because it was Michael's birthday and he just turned 21. As the evening wore on, Kevin was hooking up with some girl, John and C wanted to leave, but Michael didn't, (and my other friends were all still there, too) so I said, "no problem, I'll make sure he gets home." Right, you see where this is going. The next morning, John calls me, because he just got home and Michael wasn't there.

"Do you know where he is?" John asked, a bit frantic.

"Hold on," I said, and rolled over. "It's for you."

John didn't speak to me for days. Michael and I thought it was pretty damn funny. :-P

Alas, now I'm as celibate as ... well, okay, mostly celibate. Sort of. I had a lot of fun in my teens, twenties and thirties, but while I can get nostalgic, yeah. I'm done with that lifestyle. (My thirties were not as ... hectic as the earlier years though!) Still, it was really fun. :)

Hmm. My love life has been nothing much to speak of.

1. I was 15, he was 30. No regrets.
2. Brief liaison. I was working the Renaissance Faire, and flings were obligatory.
