My work out regimen
Dec. 10th, 2008 01:46 pmRun for a mile and a half on the treadmill.
Eat chocolate ice cream (for lunch) and sit infront of the computer.
I'm not sure why the weight isn't coming off. Perhaps I should get my thyroid checked.
As an aside...do shin splints go away on their own, or do I have to stop running for an extended period of time?

Date: 2008-12-12 11:18 pm (UTC)Just keep running on it. If the pain doesn't get better in a week, you need to rest it.
